Overview

The team is actively hiring for exceptional Virtual Assistants (Beginners are welcome to apply!) that will provide support to business Owners, Leaders and/or Executives in developing their social media presence and community. Tasks include lead CRMs, project management, content production and community management.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement engaging social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies (Content: Text, Image and/or Video)
• Respond and participate to community comments and queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Coordinate with Marketing and departments to ensure brand consistency
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and creators
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Spearhead projects related to the Executive’s business
• Perform administrative tasks
• CRM and Project Management
• Act as the Executive’s main point of contact
• Manage emails, phone calls, and calendars/appointments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales or related field
• Experience launching community initiatives (building an online forum, creating events etc.)
• Min 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a virtual setup is a plus but not required
• Can communicate in US English (both written and verbal)
• Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
• Competent working devices with stable internet connection
