Virtual Assistant (Job Description)

Overview

The team is actively hiring for exceptional Virtual Assistants (Beginners are welcome to apply!) that will provide support to business Owners, Leaders and/or Executives in developing their organization. Tasks include lead CRMs and manage projects.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead projects related to the Executive’s business
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • CRM and Project Management
  • Act as the Executive’s main point of contact
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and calendars/appointments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales or related field
  • Min 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a virtual setup is a plus but not required
  • Can communicate in US English (both written and verbal)
  • Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
  • Competent working devices with stable internet connection

Ideal Software Familiarity

  • Dialers (Avaya, RingCentral, etc.)
  • Project Management (Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Google Workspace and/or MS Office Applications
  • Calendly
  • Slack
  • Hubstaff
  • Canva
  • Folloup Boss
  • Office Troop

Equipment Requirement

  • Latest PC or Mac
  • Reliable Internet Speed min of 25Mbps
  • Headset and Webcam
